Yes I got the confirmation email and signed the the agreement. I don't know wether it was for the sim contract or the mobile. But I got email that my order will be delivered when my order process got complete.

 I ordered on the 14th @ 15.34  pro max DT 256 the same as you,  got text couple days ago saying delivery by the 10th. That 15.34 was the confirmation email

Hi guys i ordered my Iphone 16 Pro Max Dessert Titanium on 26/09 at 02:34 AM and recieved the confirmation Mail about my device on the same day but at 09:46 PM any ideas when can i get my update regarding the delivery or anybody else who has ordered on the same day recieved any updated because it just shows in progress - coming soon on my profile and nothing else but the sim i ordered with it changed its discription to completed - coming soon so i was just wondering if anybody ordered that day a pro max in DT color has recieved any updates ??

@EpicC  alright thanks for this now if I can extend the life of my current phone till late October or to 1-2 weeks of November I will be good 🤣 this piece of trash doesn't even take charge properly now as the charging port is loose the charger just slips out even with slightest of moment near it

That happened with my 15  charger port had to have the whole inside repaired luckily I was just under warranty with apple 😂

I ordered white titanium 256gb and I'm yet to get an update. The airpods pro I ordered were already ready on the 4th but I'm holding out for delivery together

Ordered mine on the 14th Sept and it's a poor show that I've not even had a message to say that there's going to be a delay, just "coming soon" and reminders to activate the sim! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Be nice to actually have SOME idea of when it'll be.

I paid upfront 117 pound on 21 September ..its oct 6 still not available.. staff must give information when it will be available while customer purchased the oder .. but no one know when it will available.. very frustrating..

I spoken to sky yesterday afternoon and I asked for an update. I ordered mine the day preorder came out as I ordered one pro max and pro. Sent back pro as was to small for me, waiting on my other pro max. He said the stock should be in by Friday and hopefully delivered by 15th but he said he'll give me a ring and update me by this Saturday coming. 🤞🤞🤞

So since receiving a text from sky on 3/10 saying it would be delivered by the 11th, the status on the tracking page still says "coming soon". I hope this is just because the definitive date hasn't been confirmed yet.

@Adam0123 At least you got a text.. I have still never had a text from them and I ordered on the 18th.. Just the emails when it was all ordered and credit stuff.. Nothing since...

@EpicC jesus that's bad. Hopefully you get some clarification next week. Makes no sense that people ordering before people aren't getting prioritised surely should be done in order.
