Yeah that's right! They cancelled it in 'error' and reordered it for me on the 25th but according to who I spoke to yesterday it didn't affect my place in the queue but it obviously has. I'm trying to get one through giffgaff but struggling to get the white one x

@KLM23092000 @Here's a wee story of tonight's shambolic service;

first advisor told me I definitely won't have my device until the 21st, I told him I wasn't accepting that, he said he would transfer me to the relevant team, he put me through to TV and Broadband, clearly to get rid of me, that guy then transferred me to the mobile team where the fun really began,

first she told me I ordered on the 18th and the ordered was confirmed on the 19th WRONG I ordered on the 13th.  She then told me my order was on back order and would be the 21st and the greatest of all she told me to cancel my order as there was a problem with the back orders and if I re order I would have it tomorrow, I obviously challenged that given there is no stock and after much arguing she confirmed indeed there was no stock.  I told her I wanted to speak to someone else, she told me she was the last contact in Sky and again after tell her she was infuriating me the call was past to a floor manager.  He offered me £20 credit, and said he was escalating my case (haha we know what that means) he asked for me to give him 4-5 days but couldn't tell me why!!  Apparently I am getting a call back on Monday!!  I tried giffgaff but wasn't accepted otherwise I would be going with them because this is an absolute joke!!

That's exactly what they said to me! I was just a mug and bought the whole 'there's a problem with some preorders' I got £20 credit aswell 😂 just tried giffgaff but Klarna won't accept me... probably because we have on going contracts with sky but I don't want to risk cancelling sky and then moving else where and waiting longer

@KLM23092000 @Yeah don't cancel as infuriating as it is, if we cancel we will be at least another 4+ weeks.  Still can't get over an advisor telling me to cancel and re order and I would have it tomorrow and I'm telling her that's nonsense and doesn't even make sense!! I give up!!

I was just ordering, if you go to order a iphone 16 pro max now it say "more than 4 weeks" but i ordered mine when it said "4 weeks" will mine still only be 4 weeks if i ordered when it said 4 weeks?

I have called today about whereabouts my Iphone 16 pro max as it was ordered on the 16th of September, what my surgery was the guy told me that my order has being misplaced or lost and I need it to order a new one and order this agreement,  

I dont get it Sky all this calling me back to swap and all this loyal customer diamond or whatever ....and now this happened.

the assistant told me to order a new order and get a new agreement telephone line cut off, and guess what never called, where is customers services on this? 

I will never order through them rather pay in full for the phone or looked some where else.

Hi me again, very random but is anyone else that has received their 16 pro max or 16 in general, having problems with the keyboard slightly lagging and the phone in general not seeming as responsive? I upgraded from a 12 pro max and have just found since using this phone today that the phone seems to be slower especially when typing and using the keyboard?
