Apple iPhone 16 range now available for pre-order on Sky Mobile

I had pre ordered the iPhone 16 pro max in DT 256gb on the 14th at 10am. Today I cancelled my order with sky and ordered with giffgaff for the iPhone 16 pro max in NT 512gb for only £1 extra that what I would be paying at sky. If you're happy to be patient then by all means wait at sky but having waited weeks and weeks with no updates I eventually went down other routes.

@mohsinkhusro  I went and collected my iPhone from them last night. Also had them repair my MacBook Pro many years ago but can't fault them to be honest. It's just like buying direct from Apple

@Suze181  I was browsing their website and checked that watch but it says out of stock new stock will arrive in one weeks time so I will wait fo rany updates from EE by that time, at least I received my iPhone 16PM from Sky before the promised date of 27th Sep so I am okay on that account!

So close to cancelling, the only thing putting me off is that I still have a few months left on my 13 pro with sky so doing the swap. No update at all, still says coming soon on the app.

I've just done the same! Ordered with giffgaff for delivery tomorrow with more storage and more data for an extra £5 a month😅

Now need to wait until tomorrow morning or cancel my order with Sky🙃

@Michaela171 im the same, I still have a few months left on mine but I'm sending my phone to music magpie and then paying off the remainder with what they give me,  It's worth looking in to

@Molls99 very nice! As frustrating it was to give sky plenty of time at least you've managed to find a pretty good deal now. DPD already have my phone and it will be out for delivery tomorrow so hopefully it's the same for you 🙂

I'm happy for people who had theirs on 21st or 23rd or whatever but it's still an absolute joke that they get theirs before people who ordered from 13rh to 17th. What's point pre ordering if people can get theirs when ordering after release day? For first time I'm just now genuinely angry. (Removed)

@Paulc1989 I ended up putting in a complaint for this reason as it was really bothering me that I had preordered on the 13th and was being told there was no stock and the same day seeing people who ordered several days after getting their phones. I really don't understand why they are not prioritising those who preordered the phone. I was so close to cancelling before I got my dispatch email as I was fed up of constant lies from customer service

@Paulc1989 Ive also made several complaints about this as i was the exact same. Some of us ordered on 13th around the same time and yet we were still waiting 3 weeks later when people who ordered on 14-18th had their devices. Apparently it's due to 'dispatch warehouses' and 'stock levels in the local depots' it's a load of crap though.
