I ordered on 14th September and just had email to say my order on the way tommorow not sure which phones it is or it's both as I ordered  a natural titanium iPhone 16 pro max and a desert titanium 16 pro max

I ordered via a guest account (somehow managed to do that with my email linked to my main account)

in which I'd ordered 1:15pm on the 13th. Since then had no update, got told it was a guest account and he would cancel the order and move it to my main account. This was on the 16th. Since then had a confirmation and tect "by 20th" but no indication in terms of how many weeks or when to expect an update after as was told the text was a glitch.

Spoke to someone yesterday night who said he would assume I should hear some update one way or another this week. That said, got a text today saying I've been called by a specialist team but can't call back but no call log from them. 

Unsure what I am to expect to be honest.

Just  following up I had email about my order being dispatched but it says this ? Both when tracked say coming tommorow does that mean I will get both or just one
