Phone on back order and want different data plan

@Emily109 i ordered over 3 weeks ago you could be waiting well over a month we reckon or a few days as people who pre ordered haven't got ours but people buying now are getting it so not a clue

Anything showing as on back order means there is no current stock to allocate to your order. As customers we can't say when this will change.

I also wasn't offered a data plan and I would like to change my existing data plan for less data per month? 

If you already have a Sky data plan you can reduce it straight away but the lesser plan won't kick in until your next billing period.

So no idea what to believe. 

literally spoke to sky about 1.5 hrs ago and no stock for 2-3 weeks and as per earlier post tried to get me to take same model with more memory as would be quicker 

said no as didn't want further credit check so was added to priority list when stock arrived

BUT wait for it, have had email from sky saying dispatched 11:11 then a text and email from DPD at 11:23 saying they expecting my parcel

so fingers crossed
