Speaking to someone now. I've said if it isn't here by Thursday at the latest I will be cancelling my contracts and refusing all future bills. It's not ok to send phones you apparently 'do not have in stock' to customers who ordered after the preorder customers. It's so so bad

For those getting updates is it just a Date that you have or is there any form of time slot?

My work are hammering down a little on office attendance so if i was to have a rough estimate it would be useful to know! I'd be fine if it was to arrive say after 4pm or so but I can't at the moment arrange this as theres no date as of yet.

Hoping to see one through the week.  Typically i'm away from Friday until next Monday so I can totally see my slot falling then!

Just received an email from sky right this second saying my iphone 16 pro 256gb natural titanium will be delivered on wednesday. I ordered on the 18th so I have no clue why some people who ordered on the 13th don't have there's yet.
