I legit feel so guilty right now! I hope you guys get some news asap! I didn't have an email or anything come through, I literally got in from the shop, out of habit went on my sky app and thought 'you silly mare why are you doing that' and then saw my status had changed. Hadn't even been an hour since checking this morning. So hopefully they've got a fair few colours they can send out 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

You'll have to contact Sky to cancel it and then reorder (with a new credit check).  The other customers here cannot action...

And surely if they cannot provide us for something we ordered weeks ago, they should stop taking orders for new customers for now until they have caught up with ours?
