Now I've seen someone say sky have tried bill them for a phone they haven't got they better not try that with me or I will lose my rag. I'm a patient person mostly but if they try that then I will lose my temper.

I didn't even know they could possibly try do that given on my.sky the bill and payments section it just says bill will only be available after services are activated. They can't bill anyone for items they haven't got.

Does anyone know when I can expect to receive my pre ordered iPhone 16 Pro Max?

I've searched online, the Sky app, Sky website, media news,

my messages on my Sky account, all areas,  but cannot find any information about when it will be sent out to me. 
Virtual Assistant couldn't help either.

Many days later, and still, just a handful of the pre-order gang had no news. Anakin, who had ordered the iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB in white back on the 18th, sat staring at the empty phone case he’d already received—mocking him with its uselessness. It was like dangling hope in front of a starved man. He had everything ready, just no phone to put in it. He was so close to turning fully to the dark side, his frustration towards Sky bubbling over. Any moment now, that simmering anger might boil into something far more destructive…

@jagb told Anakin how much they appreciated his words—they understood the struggle with Sky all too well. They’d been there since the beginning, refreshing screens and clinging to hope that seemed forever out of reach. Anakin joked about getting custom t-shirts made for the last of the iPhone waiters, emblazoned with “Pre-Order Gang.” But deep down, he knew that only those still trapped in this ordeal would have any idea what it meant. To everyone else, it’d just be a cryptic badge of honor… or a reminder of a long, painful wait.

I've been here lurking since the beginning 👀 waiting patiently for an update, but alas no update has come. I really hope it comes this week because I'm at the end of my tether 😂

@jagb I ordered the 16 PM DT at about 2 pm on the 13th, all I had was a text on the 19th that they 'expect to deliver it by 4th October' 🙄
