My apple watch is coming tomorrow and my sim card activation is complete now.

that's exactly what i kept mentioning to the manager i spoke to! she just kept repeating the same nonsense like, "i can not confirm what's been said on the forum" or "its subject to available stock". like, yeah, i get it all depends on stock, but it's not the case because people have ordered after us and still got theirs?

@KevNewMedia I'm curious what your take is on this as a sky employee and the 'community manager'??? You can see all the comments that are put on. We're being lied to left right and centre but support staff refuse to accept or acknowledge that we have preordered before others and are still sat waiting without our devices weeks later with empty promises and no real info...

@Suze181 @yeah i'd love to know that too, and as someone who's been with sky for a couple of months and never experienced anything bad - does this happen a lot? bad customer service and rudeness?

@champagneslay In the years I've been with sky I have never experience this ever from them! This year has been the first and the service has been despicable along with their approach to customer service. Other network providers are at least providing some sort of timescales and dates on peoples orders that can track. Not just an opened ended text or false order confirmation date. They can actually go onto their trackers and it says a rought date at least and is updating if it's going to be pushed back. We're in the dark with 'coming soon' might be by this date. I've been with sky for a few years because they are reasonably priced and the data you've paid for you get to keep and reuse from your piggy bank which is why I loved to sky in the first place. But I am so disappointed with them after all of this. I may keep my data with them but devices I don't think I will any more after this.
