Unable to roll select a plan to roll data

I am trying to roll data on to my daughters sim. When it asks me to choose plan, i am not being given any options to choose from

Is your daughters phone on the same account that yours is on as you should be given the option to send it to her device if it is ?

Yes it is. I've rolled data many, many times before and never had an issue. Where before all the plans on my account would show now it just repeats choose plan.

You will have to call Sky on 150 for help with this. Say nothing when asked anything by the bot and remain on the line.
