anyone  else seeing this? technical difficulties when trying to open the sky app

@Suze181 Im on the phone now waiting for him to look into my order,  if people are getting them who ordered a week after me then thats an absolute joke.

Im not waiting till mid october when i ordered and it said "from the 27th" where as now it says 4 weeks+..

If i gotta wait 4 weeks thats a **bleep** take

@Suze181 Just spoke to them i was told i will recieve it by the 7th of october at the latest... so i will update on 7th if i have received it or not, he said within 4-5 days or by the 7th at latest

@Roman4 You got more from them the. I did! I ordered 13th, text on 19th to say delivery by 27th and still no phone! Rang Thursday and kept getting the usual 'There's no stock' 'it's a 4 week wait' 'oh someone ordered after you and had theirs? Well it depends where you live' 🙄🙄

Well I got fed up with lack of communication from Sky. having the same message every time I look coming soon .No update at all no text no email.Sky should tell there customers what the delay is it should not be up to us to chase them for information.Anyway there lose cancelled my order.

I went to customer service and got told it's an Apple issue. 
cancelled it, staying with o2.. arriving Monday.

Yes as Sky are awaiting the stock so can not give you an accurate date at present.

@Titchx3  I can't believe u still haven't heard anything, I ordered same white PM 256 everything started rolling on the app Wednesday and got mine delivered Thursday! Hope u get urs soon! X

@champagneslay I should just give up looking on here and wait for my phone as it's stressing me out but I keep finding myself looking and reading posts. I also check my order status and my dpd app way too often haha.
