@champagneslay not yet but I'll wait until Monday. I might try local sky shop tomorrow as I'll be shopping in the centre near me. Doubt they'll have the phone I want either. If no joy there I'll ring them Monday and be lied to again haha

unfortunately i'm in the same boat- ordered 18th at around 3pm dessert titanium pro max 256gb
im a first time sky customer and honestly it's shambles- i'm yet to recieve any update at all- no emails, texts, update on the app nothing literally the last contact was an email when i signed my credit agreement on the 18th
so over this now

Sky called me just now as promised, I said hello.... they hung up 😡 just let them try say they attempted to call!

@champagneslay it's always worth a try if it's easy to get to them. The shop in Bluewater shopping centre did have some pro max desert titanium on release day but I wanted white. I might change my mind if anything else is still available

They just called back (shock!) the guy couldn't be bothered. Probs just reading from a text book for the response.
'We get deliveries every day blah blah'
'your choice of handset was in high demand and stock was limited'
'our terms state subject to availability blah blah'
I just said I understand that! What I don't understand is why there is a massive lack of communication and by sky have set too all these expectations through the pre order process to get people to order them and should be first come first served. End of.
just keep repeating the text book responses. And I kept repeating myself about the lack of communication and chaotic roll out of stock.
I give up now. Just a waiting game I guess. Unless the spec I want is in stock with another provider in the meantime.
Sky customer service is just not good. Hasn't been for years now and this will be the last device I get from them.

Got a message saying expected delivery by 27th September ordered on the 13th September.
Been through the bot and it's no help.

@CarlosTS yeah I think this one will be my last too! I've never had an issue with Sky in the four years I've been with them but how they've managed this whole situation, I'd rather my money go elsewhere in future
