Also if anyone was wondering, the DPD tracking for this does not allow you to Collect from a Pickup Point, Deliver to a safe place, Delivery to a neighbour or Deliver to an alternative address. Only options are to Change delivery day or set a delivery slot with the "VIP my parcel" paid option.

THEY DO have desert titanium as they had so many dispatched last night but they were orders after 1 o'clock. I have been waiting for any update and i ordered at 13/09, at 1:30pm and i've had nothing but lies

update they have just confirmed that it is infact not even with sky yet from the manufacturer SUPRISE SUPRISE !

when i went to their store to talk in person the person there was like ohh if it was preorder it should have recieved on 2oth itself. he was like may be order has not went through so any way wait for 4 weeks there is nothing to loss to wait for 4 weeks. really??

then i had to call customer care they were like oh your order has gone through nothing to worry and while i wait for my new phon i can sign up for a tv or tablet 🤣

The best lie I ever got was one year with EE. They tried to tell me that *Apple* ships the phones directly to customers. I was like, “Wait, what? So Apple is just being super generous, and they’re including my EE SIM card and account details too? What’s next, Apple customer service coming over to set up my Wi-Fi and make me a cuppa?” It was the most ridiculous excuse I’ve ever heard—like Apple’s just out here playing courier for every network provider. Nice try, EE!

Yeah I would not cancel your order or anything. Support do not have any information, I guess it goes a lot higher than them. I was given the 21st of October date literally hours before my phone was dispatched so do not go off anything they tell you. If you ordered early you're not gonna be waiting much longer and you don't wanna get pushed to the back of the queue.

@EpicC i love their excuses! i just dont get why they cant be straight up and just bloody say when or where it is like even if they kept saying they dont have any in stock. but all im getting is lies. its with DPD not its not with dpd it hasnt even left apple yet... BRUH just bloody tell me one story!!

Honestly, if you’re going to come up with a lie, at least make it a good one—like saying, “Apple has delayed shipments because they fear backlash, as the AI features aren’t even rolling out until mid-October. And that’s just the small stuff! Most of the big updates aren’t coming until December or later!” Now *that* would at least make a bit of sense. But no, instead we’re getting vague, nonsensical excuses that wouldn’t convince a toddler. If you’re going to stall, Sky, at least put some effort into it!

@EpicC exactly this! i really dont understand how their customer service department is in such a shambles... the automated messages that they go to are **bleep**ing me off. if youre going to tell your customers stuff then at least keep the story consistent!

However I did email the CEO Dana Strong and I've had a pretty quick response  from the customer priority team who have assigned  a case number and will apparently phone me soon??
