Ok it's bizarre I'm soo happy that my order may be delivered on Friday (I'll only believe it when I receive it!) but I also feel guilty as others on here have ordered the same model at about the same time or maybe earlier and still had no updates. 
I have formally complained via email twice and second time I told them how many customers are waiting for information 

I'm keeping fingers and toes crossed that we all receive our orders on Friday

Just an update I went onto my app and received a notification that my order is in progress and expected delivery date is 27th September!! Fingers crossed If I receive a DPD text tomorrow

That's what I was unsure of if it was just confirmation? But yeah I cancelled and reordered this morning, but I made a complaint about it this afternoon and explained and I received £10 goodwill credit so maybe that complaint hurried things along? I'm not sure what to believe anymore, any email is a good email now 😂

I believe I placed mine at 15:01 on 13th September (at least that's when I received my email confirmation )

I just received an update on my app that says my delivery is expected on 27th September. Will update again tomorrow to see if I receive a courier notification:)

@lauren1210 ahaha I think at this point I've lost excitement with the uncertainty and stress of it all Ahahah. I'm not holding out any hope until I get told there's a delivery at my front door. I won't be home so I'll be waiting for a phone call from my sister to say it's arrived 🤣🤣 that's how little my faith is

I've been checking it every day since I ordered the thing, it's literally like torture! When I was younger and I'd beg my parents for a new phone I would be so excited, now I'm getting my first contract in my name and it's been the most annoying experience ever!!

yeah, sky sucks. what's **bleep** is every other company explicitly states that a phone isn't in stock

sky shows every phone in stock, AND has terrible workers who feed us all random pieces of misinformation and lies just to seemingly shut us up 😒😒
