I wouldn't mind if they just gave us all a definite answer/date now. Like stop telling each of us different things and also telling a single person different things. The stress is literally starting to make my health issues flare up 🙃

Why would they get the sim ready a week before (or more) before the phone has turn up lol

Surely they know a time frame of when they are likely to be sent out

For sure they do.. no way any company would get sim card ready to go with no idea of the phone.. could be late October!

@XsSlayeR3 i ordered the 16 pro max natural titanium had an email on the 19th saying I'll get it by 27th September - no update as of yet.

Might be worth noting it seems the sim completed thing is completely unrelated to the delivery time. It seems like the "sim completed" message updated for me exactly 7 days after I ordered. Don't know if this has happened with others? Also.. it seems mostly the desert titanium that is having problems ( new colour set having issues in production maybe? ) 

I ordered a desert titanium pro max 256gb on the 17th. 

I also ordered the desert titanium pro max 1tb from EE on the 22nd so I'll keep everyone updated if I receive any updates about that.

if the device doesnt arrive in time for my next bill i will not be paying the swap charge, i dont see why i should pay the swap charge and havent even gotten my device yet

@SamM123 @I ordered the DT PM on 13th at 1:30 and I've had absolutely nothing either. It's so poor. I don't know what to say anymore

@Strawberrycow @They won't charge you. You'll still pay for your phone until your new one comes and you send it back but then they credit it off. Sure that's what happened with mind 2 years ago with my 14 pro max
