I spoke to the online chat people today regarding the iPhone 16 pro max natural titanium 256GB 

Despite the email on the 19th that I would have it by 27th September 2024. 

This was the response 

"Currently the apple iPhone Apple iPhone

16 Pro Max, 256GB, Natural Titanium is in high demand

This happens every year when iPhone launches a new device as many

customers order it as soon as the device is launched however do not worry. We have reported this issue to our responsible departments they are coordinating with Apple which is the actual company that manufactures the iPhone who will notify us about the availability of stocks.

We have been advised to ask our customers to wait and please keep a watch out for a text message or email notification from Sky. As soon as we receive a stock update the device will be dispatched and you will be notified about the order tracking details.

Currently according to the system it might take weeks as the (Latest Delivery Estimate) is on 21/10/2024, However, subject to stock availability it could be earlier." 

I go away on Sunday so I've I've had no update by Sunday I will be cancelling.

@EpicC  my door bell rang this morning and although I knew it wasn't my phone, I was not expecting any other parcels/visitors and I had a slight glimmer of hope that it was my phone! 

I would like to confirm that it definitely was not my phone and rather a builder asking me where a stop tap was. Not a great start to a Wednesday🙄

Both my White Pro Max 256GB and Black Pro Max 256GB have DPD tracking numbers and are expected tomorrow. I finished my order at 2:20pm on the 13th but didn't sign the contracts until 2:40ish and it goes by when you signed the contracts. Hopefully others get some good news today.

Gem24 and I were in this together, battling through the endless disappointment. People came to our doors, asking us about things we couldn’t care less about, and honestly, all we want is our iPhone. Instead, we’re met with letdown after letdown, while the rest of the world goes on like this isn’t the crisis it feels like. Each day feels like another punch to the gut, and the worst part is, there’s still no end in sight.

Doofy tried to cheer me up, but honestly, all I could feel was a wave of jealousy knowing his white Pro Max was on the way. Meanwhile, I’m left outside in the cold like a forgotten cat that’s lost control of its bowels. It’s hard to be happy for someone when you’re stuck in this waiting game, watching others get their shiny new phones while you’re just... well, left out in the metaphorical rain.

Hopefully some update to should come by this weekend or next week. am losing hope as i preordered only on 18 while the one ordered on 13th are still waiting.each mail is a hope that finally my wait is ordered.

I ordered an iPhone 16 pro on the site about 15 mins ago, had a few issues with the complete order button when trying via bank details, so instead used debit card and it worked. 

however I never received any order confirmation or anything from sky. 

is this normal?
