So I have just raised a formal complaint... the agent should not have cancelled my order this morning and has done so on the basis of what I presume commission for the sale. There is now a four week wait and I got £10 goodwill credit

@DeanL   is this on ur online account ? I can't access any tracking since yesterday. But I just called to check on mine. Same phone ordered. And was told there is no black pro max in stock atall for delivery & there is a back log. But if a wanted to change to the pro I could have it delivered Friday. I said no thanks I will wait. He however said it wil be October before any. This is so annoying the lack of structure and communication. If they had all given the same then people would know it's just a waiting game. But with people getting there's and some not. And being told there's no stock yet others have confirmation of stock it's mind boggling

At this point nothing makes sense.. Had someone say that Sky said anyone who ordered on 13th will be waiting weeks so me having ordered on 18th was sure for no news... but then seen few who did order 13th get told it's now on it's way lol

I've had a message that it'll be here before the 4th and according to the agent John it will be. Can't keep up with sky customer service. One says 21st October another says I should of had it on the 21st September.

jus had a phone call with customer service.told me like delivery starts from 27th of this month.

Has anyone managed to see if there are any retailers that can walk into store and buy the phone?

also, I'm still hoping for an update today but I'm not sure if i should just give up now and accept the defeat of optimism
