@Lizzyg-a i pre-ordered an iphone 16 pro max (black titanium 256gb) on the same day. all i've been told is that my order is in the system, but there's no date for it yet as they apparently have no stock. my device still says "on pre-order", and the only update i've had is the sim changing to 'completed — coming soon' :')

@jagb me too, it's been on that since friday 'sim completed' how can it be complete if i don't have it or the phone 😭

@champagneslay oh tell me about it 😭 had to witness my work colleague play around with hers and she goes "you still haven't had it?!! You ordered before me". Which is true, she ordered hers on 20th September and got hers on Saturday morning. I'm not sure how

@Kalim @that would be my final straw... I genuinely don't know how much longer I can wait. Rachel said her partners 16 PM is getting delivered soon. I guess it's cause we got the gold ones🤷‍♀️

How long will it take to change status of the device after the sim got completed?

I'm so scared of mine being delayed cause them saying " delivered by" just doesn't make me hopeful probably me being paranoid 😭 I'll be happier once I know it's been dispatched still stuck on in progress but gave me a date of delivery kinda confuses me lol

I originally ordered the pro but became impatient so switch to the base model so they did say it would be 48 hours 🙂 I hope you all get your phones and the pro max's and pros come soon, it's been great journey reading all the forums @champagneslay

@champagneslay I ordered the white pro max on 13th and still haven't had it 🙃 tried ringing earlier to get an update and to explain I've read someone ordered the same phone after me but is getting it tomorrow but going to attempt the online chat with them tomorrow as the phone line wasn't that great and don't think the guy understood what I was saying or getting at 🙈
