Apple iPhone 16 range now available for pre-order on Sky Mobile

My order has now vanished from my app and all am getting is no order there. Anyone else know how to fix this ? My sim has been completed and my phone was still saying coming soon my AirPods are coming today. But now it's telling me I hage no order to track. Sky are useless. When I ask about this tell me to log in which I have 1000 times it's not showing. Really starting to get frustrated with the lack of communication or effort on their part

@Jmc69 I believe it was due to a glitch on their app this morning - it shut the whole system down someone said on here previously

Anyone else noticed that sky have now made it almost impossible to get through to someone on the phone?

@champagneslay  Yes my internet went oit also. But now they are telling me the email address that I used to place and have been having notifications on is not the email that has the order on it when it acc is as I have as we all have been tracking it 1000 times a day. I am unfortunately getting no where with them and they are very unhelpful

Has anyone received there SIM cards? Do they come with the phone or separately?

Hi @Simone17 no one can tell  you that. It could but the estimates given are normally correct. You will be notified the day before it's dispatched.

So because they have linked my account to someone else's & I don't know that email address they aren't very much help other than telling me to cancel my pre-order & re order it again to change the email address I said no this issue is something yous have done not me. I didn't link my sky id to some random persons email address. He also stated that no iPhone 16pro max in black will be shipped any time soon he said it is a 3-4 week wait. A stated to him that I will wait this as I am not willing to cancel my order on there mistake and have to wait over 2-3months at this rate for a new order. No thank you. This is the first time I have ordered anything off sky & I am not impressed. I now can't track my phone so I will have to wait for the email that will hopefully be emailed or a text message to my correct account to let me know when my phone is being delivered utter drama

I come bearing good news, my phone just changed status to "in progress - Wednesday 25th September" iPhone have no email

yet I just happens to check.

this is for the pro max 256gb in natural titanium my other for desert titanium has not moved.

@SpitfireEU @Yay! I think the Pro Max Desert Titanium's are like gold dust. I don't know anyone who's had any progress on theirs
