Re: Apple iPhone 16 range now available for pre-order on Sky Mobile
I ordered the same phone + a white one on the 13th at 2pm. All info at the time + emails were 20th. Got a text + messages on my Sky account that it's now the 27th. Talked to chat who told me 21st of October. Phoned and got told the 27th. Phoned 2 days later and got told I was lied to and that it's still 21st of October but that date is basically at the latest and that it could show up earlier. Keep in mind at no point other than through support have I been advised the 27th is incorrect so basically if anyone hasn't chased this up with support, they're going to be disappointed when it doesn't arrive at the date they have been advised VIA text.

Re: Apple iPhone 16 range now available for pre-order on Sky Mobile
RobMitchell1992 entered the chat, cutting through the banter with an air of urgency. He was not one for words; he wanted a firm date for when his phone was coming—and he wanted it *now*! His frustration was palpable, and everyone could feel the tension rise. “I’m done with the jokes, people. We need answers!” he declared, his tone leaving no room for ambiguity. Not even Gem, who was known for her fiery confrontations, dared to shout at the customers for answers this time. Everyone felt the pressure; they were all in the same boat, but Rob’s demand made it clear: enough was enough, and they needed to get serious about finding out when those elusive phones would finally arrive.

Re: Apple iPhone 16 range now available for pre-order on Sky Mobile
@RobMitchell1992 Unfortunately we are all still waiting, everyone is gonna be old and grey at this point everyone in this group when you look at the previous conversations we are all waiting for updates everyday and is just being fed lies after lies from sky being told certain delivery dates, it's utterly annoying I know cause my order hasn't budged what so ever been stuck on " in progress - coming soon" for ages now we all just need to wait unfortunately I am someone who's also neurodivergent so things like this really trigger me and set me off and gets me in a bad mood but I know there's nothing I can do and that's stressful 😥

Re: Apple iPhone 16 range now available for pre-order on Sky Mobile
“Good news!” ZerolessJoe shouted in the chat. “I have movement!” Everyone leaned in, eager for a glimmer of hope, but then he added, “Not from the toilet stuff, but news about my SIM card coming!” The group erupted in mixed reactions—relief that there was some progress, but also a wave of laughter. If he was this excited about a SIM card, they couldn’t help but wonder how he’d react when the actual iPhones finally showed up. It was a small victory in a sea of delays, but it reminded everyone that, for now, they had to celebrate the little things—even if it was just a SIM card on the way.

Re: Apple iPhone 16 range now available for pre-order on Sky Mobile
Anyone who's getting stressed by this situation, I recommend reading (audible is great) a book on stress by Mo Gawdat, called unstressable.
This time last year id have been mega stressed, with really high anxiety, but that book changed my life with how I now deal with stress.
Maybe you could buy it and read (listen to) it whilst you wait for the next update from sky on when they think your phone might be delivered?

Re: Apple iPhone 16 range now available for pre-order on Sky Mobile
David+kn, being the wise sage of the group, told all the customers one thing: “If you’re feeling stressed and don’t have access to any fun material, just pop on Audible, play a peaceful story, or maybe smoke a blunt.” The suggestion hung in the air, and Anakin immediately frowned at the idea, shaking his head in disapproval. “That’s not really my style,” he replied. Meanwhile, Gem, ever the enforcer, had a lineup of people ready for her vice of doom—she didn’t need any relaxation tips, just a good target to channel her frustration. While David’s advice was intended to lighten the mood, it only added another layer of chaos to their already turbulent waiting game.
