as the whole point of pre ordering on the 13th was to get the phone on release day.

@Suze181 honestly so glad I'm not alone in this 😂 I pre ordered on the date they started taking pre orders but was like 3-4 hours after the initial time. Went in knowing I wouldn't get it on release day as I'm going after an in demand phone but Apple really need to sort themselves out so it'll help the companies (like Sky) which in turn will help us lot out with proper information.

I disagree that if I had ordered from sky I would be angry with them and contacting them, I've not done the same with Apple, I have not attempted any contact with them, as I know it's all an automated system and my order is in a queue and will be fulfilled when they have the stock, there is no way to jump the queue. 

if you aren't happy, then cancel the order and order somewhere else. You all know that doing that won't get you the product any quicker though, you'll then be at the back of the queue. You have your orders in, they will come when they  are ready to come and literally nothing is going to change that. 

once you accept that, you will be less stressful, trust me. 

I have a crowdfunded product I'm waiting on from indiegogo, it was supposed to be delivered a year ago and I've still not received it. I see angry people all the time posting on forums, and it's not changing anything, it's not worth the stress to get stressed about something you can't influence.

Truth be told, by the time we actually get our iPhones from Sky, the new AI update might actually be ready. Sure, Apple *could've* delayed the release until everything was perfect, but let’s face it—Tim Cook needed a new bathroom done, and the 16 range *had* to drop in September. Meanwhile, shipments from Sky? Probably arriving just in time for Christmas. At this rate, we’ll have both the phone and the update by the time Tim’s got his new marble countertops installed.
