i have upgraded my phone to the new iphone 16 pro

i wanted to redeem my 4.6gb of piggy bank data but hasnt redeemed properly on my bill

and still shows in the piggy bank

any help please

Handset...no sim involved 

its the black pro max.  Don't see the point in having nice colours as i always use cases 😂 

Already got a Apple silicone one in Denim and a black/lime Beats one ready and waiting

Yeah that's what i have got. Wasn't going to get this years one as i normally only do a two year cycle, although in saying that ive had a new one every year for the past 3 years 😂 (although that is partly my other half's fault for breaking that cycle last year)

@peng12 I am exactly the same, had the 14 plus, moved to this a couple months ago now moving into the 16 pro max 😂 Just don't think i'm ever gunna get it though!

@Md_Al_amin Sorry, we have no idea. You're better off contacting sky mobile support to find out but they haven't got a stable timeframe to give you. Unfortunately you're gunna have to wait like us

@Kalim @Suze181 They didn't specify what stock has been delivered, but my friend knows what phone I'm getting, so hopefully they have gotten in a batch of pre-orders and we will hear tomorrow as they can't send out to DPD on a sunday!

Nothing will happen on a Sunday and DPD won't collect any on a Sunday. Hopefully we'll get some updates tomorrow! 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽
