Exactly, and I went to the apple shop today and a lot of the Pro maxes were readily available a lot of people were buying them as I was browsing. It's sad really

Yeah me too I asked them about delivery to other providers and they said they are all sent for however many pre orders were made before release date so I guess they didn't order enough

The thing that has really annoyed me is that they told me it would be delivered on the 27th, it wont be and that alone is a breach of terms and service

Yes i got another text saying Oct 4th but that is not what prompted me to make a purchase on the sky wesbsite

If i was given accurate info i would have placed my order elsewhere, it just feels like i have had the woll pulled over my eyes

I am going to wait for my phone but i am not at all happy with how its all gone down

I ordered the pre order for the Pro Max Natural titanium by the way 256GB

I think I need to accept I won't be getting my Pro Max desert titanium for a while now. I ordered on friday 13th, 1:30/1:40. I've had one update in nearly a week which is the sim cards complete but that's it. 

Time to accept fate, and forget about it until it arrives😂

@DantheSwan I agree, what prompted me to make the pre order purchase was the delivery date specifying for delivery on the 20th. What I didn't expect is for others to walk in today and buy themselves a phone while I'm waiting to even see when I'll get mine. I cancelled my current contract in anticipation and need my phone for work

From what I've seen this will be my last preorder

I'm a bit lost with what to do, Sky won't give me any kind of ETA to when my pre-order will come. Genuinely considering just cancelling my order and going into a shop

People that ordered on the 13th should have received yesterday and then every day after that should be other people.  It would work then

Yeah if my phone don't come by the 27th I'm cancelling it's just worth all the faff, but I'll defo look into the shops to see if they have it in stock

I don't get the whole 'Sim' completed - in progress thing. Has anyone else experienced this before?

Not sure where people are finding other places with stock, from what I can see on stock checker the only places showing stock are John Lewis and EE and John Lewis says earliest date is 10th October and EE says date unavailable lol

I've just called Sky as I have had no notifications and mine was due the 20th September. (Pro Max Dessert) and they have said there's a four week delay so looking at late October early November 😭

i ordered it on 14 th september and still no email text tracking number etc
