This happens every year. Demand outweighs supply. 

We have been informed you'll be given a date 'on' (whereby that's the expected delivery date) OR a date 'from' (whereby that date is the earliest possible date for delivery but could take up to 2 weeks).

Yeah, I was disappointed as he seemed to be really on the ball.

I've just had a call back from the advisor I spoke to today just to let me know that my order had progressed to the next stage and that the piggybank data I used on my first order had been refunded, so that was reassuring. 

The website is showing that the 256GB model is 'In stock' so my guess is everything that is not currently in stock is on backstock.

@Daniel0210 my order says 'from the 20th of September' so will it be around up to 2 weeks from that date ? Even though I am yet to receive any updates via the sky app or DPD

Mines showing the exact same. 16 pro max in desert titanium. Also ordered on the 13th @2:14pm

For the Pro's it looks like it is only the Pro 1028GB models that are in stock. No Max's in stock.

16's all seem to be in stock now, too but teal is running low.

I was told that they'd have more Pro Max's in DESERT titanium in their inventory this week. It could be all lies though, take everything with a pinch of salt🤷‍♀️

Fingers crossed they will, I imagine they will have stock coming in the fulfill the pre-orders before the start dealing with the orders being placed from Friday onwards.

My sim hasn't even been completed yet it still says in progress coming soon which is really disheartening when I ordered on the phone and got told it'll come the 20th!!

Honestly @Laurenammy could be waiting a while for the Pro. Seems Pro, Pro Max are the hard to get ones. Also depends on time and date you ordered

I spoke to customer service today and there is some hope, they have received stock in today!
