I think a lot of people are in the same boat todays I think sky have failed massively with regards to customer service and customer care. The best thing to do is just wait and see if you get a message. I ordered on pre order day and I've had a text saying delivery by the 4th of October but was told this morning it'll be coming tomorrow.

absolutely ridiculous and not professional from them whatsoever,
they can't give a date to people through email and then not bother to update literally false advertisement is yours stuck on in progress- coming soon?

Yes my app hasn't changed Still saying coming soon. They've probably had a lot of complaints and sent everyone the same message which is also shocking.

From the 20th September means the 20th is the earliest it can be sent as it can take up to 2 weeks to be sent.

I've just called and compained as had an email to say it wil be delivered ON the 20th. Not from. But got a text today to say it will be by the 4th Oct. The guy on the phone said they have no stock left to send to anyone. I don't know how much this is true but they have to wait for apple to send another delivery apprently. 😕

Surely if people pre ordered they'd know how much stock to get in to not let people get disappointed and promise to get their devices on the date.

@champagneslay they would've been given an allocated amount like every other place. So once's they've gone through them they've got to wait on Apple to send them more.

@champagneslay could be. Think they put the dates longer as well to be on the safe side. Would love know how many were allocated to be honest as I ordered 3 and a half to 4 hours after the time and I've got an extra week to wait. So must have had a crazy amount of people ordering.

I ordered on the day of preorder about 20 minutes in, so i'm hoping mine comes within the next week!
I'm just disappointed with how many stories i've been told today by the customer service.

I've just rang and the bloke told me the date has been changed due to a problem with pro max's. Yet I had an email confirmation saying mine would be delivered tomorrow (20th) yet I've had a text saying it will be with me by the 4th October. Shocking customer service and from what I've read everyone seems to be getting told a different thing. I ordered mine on the 13th @2.14pm. My app also still says "on pre- order"
