Anyone who has pre ordered the pro max don't expect delivery anytime soon 

just spoke to 5 different people at sky and they have told me they have no stock been sent to them from Apple, they will be sent from 20th September and will take 3/4 weeks to be sent out to customers, I've just cancelled my pre order and pre ordered the 16 pro, now I have been told my pro will be delivered on 20th as they only have the pro and plus available for release day

@Reynolds24 that's incorrect information. Some of us on this thread have received notifications from DPD & Sky with consignment/parcel numbers. It is pointless contacting sky customer service as they come out with lots of different stories. The best thing anyone can do and from experience is just keep checking online/mysky app for updates at that is the most trustworthy source. By cancelling you will not receive one quicker, you will just delay longer.

Are they Pro Max orders though? DPD's could have been for Pro's or Pluse

I have told this to sky that people have have DPD tracking and they said told me that this is automated but the minimum deliver date is 3/4 weeks

Yes, I ordered 2 Pro Max 256GB. One Natural, One Black. I have had 2 notification emails that they have been sent and DPD shows they are in transit on the way to my local depot for delivery tomorrow.

@WelshyQV  yes I've ordered pro max and I've not just got dpd email but also on the sky app it's updated and shows order dispatched

What time did you order and when did you het your DPD email/message?

I had an email telling me it will be delivered on the 20th, but now Sky Chat are saying that not right and I'll get it on the 21/10.

Hoping I'll get a DPD message today, but looking unlikley

I hope people recive there's on the day, but what I was told wasent promising maybe cause I pre ordered 14th not 13th

I just contacted Sky's live chat and spoken to someone they stated this when I asked about the delivery, mine says it's 'coming soon' -

Yes I'm just trying to double check as when I pre ordered the pro max it said deliver on 20th but not been told won't be until 3/4 weeks 

so when I pre ordered the pro it also said delivery on 20th and the advisor on the phone confirmed it will be delivered tommrow or Saturday just hope this is true

@WelshyQV it updated today and I received the Dpd email yesterday, and on dpd currently it's not showing that it's in transit to my local depot, but it's normal for me because I ordered other devices from sky before so mostly dpd updates around 11 p.m, so fingers crossed hope dpd will update the transit info soon too, mine is iPhone 16 pro max 256 gb white
