Apple airpods max

Order  Apple airpods max and this is showing  on my orders 

•  any body  no what it means ? As everything  went through  ok

I did the first one line everything  went through  OK signed the credit agreement checked the order  and said action required  so i phoned  sky and we did the order over the phone  everything  went through  fine again  signed the credit agreement  agreement  they could see it had all gone  through  but again  checked the order  on line  and again  it says action  required

It said to contact  them which i have  but now have  2 orders that say the same thing
