Our insights have shown that a large proportion of Sky Mobile customers, upon recieving their new Sky Mobile, have not activated their SIM. You cannot make any calls using a phone containing an inactive SIM
How do I activate my SIM?
Once you have your new mobile, you'll need to activate it online.

Do I need to activate it on every Sky Mobile offer?
Sky Mobile offers three different choices when signing up. These are:
Sky pay monthly mobile
Pay as you go (PAYG)
You have to activate your SIM for every choice we offer.
If there is an offer attached to the SIM it must be activated within 30 days or you lose the offer.
If there is no offer attached then you have 120 days.
What happens if I don't activate my SIM?
If you order a SIM on a special deal and did not activate it within the time specified then you've lost the deal. You will not be able to make calls or use normal phone operations specified within your deal.
