Account restricted
You keep telling me that my account is now restricted and that I need to make a payment to get it working. No idea why. I have now sent a minimal £1.50 payment but still nothing. No emails of explanation. Nothing. Please let me know what you expect me to do?

are your services actually restricted ie unable to make calls
