Why Sky Go reduced the number of derives from 6 to 4 without telling customers

Why Sky Go reduced the number of derives from 6 to 4 without telling customers on Sky Go,

I can remove the devices as the sky page says oops!0 we have  a problem.

I ring sky customer care, they cant remove the devices, I cant remove the devices, i created a Sky CRF case in september and its now december and not fixed

service stopped on 3rd Sept, I have Q and There is no movement on this I have spoken to 20 customer service agents in 4 months and keep getting passes around and not fixed

Live TV error code 1413 (1413-IH) and boxed sets 1313 (1313-IH)

Skys own reps do not know what this issue is

Customer care complaints team - lied to me-- recorded on call that If I updated to Q this would all be resolved - Great company

You can register up to six compatible devices to use the Sky Go app, including games consoles.

Sky Go and Sky Go Extra customers can stream on two devices at a time.

Sky Q Multiscreen and Sky Glass/Sky Stream Whole Home customers can stream on four devices at a time – up to three using Sky Go and one using either the Sky Sports app or website.

Same issue, been broken since early October.  Despite repeated phone calls and emails they just keep telling me to phone customer services, who do absolutely nothing and when attempts have been made by Sky to delete devices they get no further than I do.

They hacve sort-of suggested the issue is being worked on but I have seen absolutely zero progress.
