How is it not letting you watch, explain the step you are trying to use that do not work

It is hard for people to remotely understand someones issue if they are being too vague 😞 We need full details

When I go on sky go it says continue watching and when I type in emmerdale sometimes it wants me to download it to the tv but I usually watch it on sky go app I have had this issue before

Which episode of Emmerdale are you having issues with, so for example series 52 episode 167 ?

I see the same with that episode so what you can do is to send an email to Sky's Viewer Relations team about this, remember to let them know this is on Sky Go so tell them that against that episode there is only a download option and not option to play it as there is with other episodes.

Hi I have just emailed them to see if they can do it I did email them the other day but they did not get back to me I have emailed them again
