Help! I've split with my partner and the device still keeps appearing!!, I've changed my password twice, I continuously 'remove' the device via Skygo & sky.com & STILL he can access!! How do I stop this and remove the device once and for all...

First change your password (I know you have done this so you can skip this if you want):
https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/
Then go to this link:
https://skyid.sky.com/authorise/manage
If you tick "Sky Apps" and then the remove button, then anyone using SkyGo or SkyNews or SkySports apps etc. using your credentials will have the previous auth token removed and will be forced to sign in again (using the new password only you know). Will mean people you want to use your ID will need to do the same, but will force whoever is using your previous details off, this might not stop them straight away but it will over a day or so.

Ok thanks, I've done both, I'll check in a couple of days & hope it's worked.
I changed my password for the second time today as I had changed it around 2 weeks ago and he was still showing using the device...

The device STILL keeps appearing?? How do I stop this, if I delete my SKYGO will that help or will he still be able to view?
