Hi. Just tried to access TNT Sports channels on Sky Go and I get message: "To watch this content, please upgrade your subscription". I've always paid the full monthly sub direct to BT and still do. Can anyone suggest why I suddenly can't watch via Sky Go (access via TV all good).

This will be why as you are paying directly to BT/TNT so you would need to use their app instead as you can only use Sky Go to access the channels if pay directly to Sky.

I am a sky paying customer and it says I need to upgrade my subscription to watch tnt sports on sky go?? This is not right, I can watch it on my tv so why not on sky go?

Yes I pay sky for tnt package and can watch those tnt sports channels at home so why not via the sky go app?
they are shown on the sky go app and I am using it to substitute the debacle of the discovery plus app (where sports content is unavailable), it seems wherever I try to watch tnt sports if I'm not at home it doesn't work
i had the bt sports app and watched all the sports so not sure why I can't watch on tnt sports (that's another long story) not sure I ever watched bt sports via the sky go app before but it's now on their listings so they must have changed that

I pay a lot of money to sky every month to include as much sports content as possible (tnt sports is in my sky package), I thought I read in previous posts that sky go now has tnt sports channels available to watch which was a huge relief as the discovery plus app has been a nightmare..then only to find out that on sky go it says I need to upgrade my subscription..I couldn't possibly upgrade my subscription any more with sky!! I pay a fortune to them monthly

It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

I'm having the exact same issue, pay for it via sky and won't let me watch TNT sports via the discovery plus mobile app or via Sky go. Can someone please post a fix to this issue

me too I'm afraid, I pay for the sky sports complete pack and I am having the same issue that I can watch on a sky box but not on mobile using the sky app, any help would be grateful received
