Hi, I pay Sky for TNT sports and am not able to watch on sky go, are you able to help please? Thanks

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I subscribe to TNT through sky. It works on my sky stream but on all my sky go devices it says I need to upgrade my subscription. I have tried reinstalling the apps and logging in and out. Any advice?

I have 2 sky stream pucks that both work with TNT. Then I have sky go on 2 iPads and an iPhone that say need to update subscription. Same account and I tried logging out and reinstalling app

I also have the same issue - I pay for TNT Sports though Sky but receive the "you need to upgrade your subscription" message if I try to watch the channel via the Sky Go app.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAre you not able to watch TNT Sports via the Discovery+ app if you subscribe via Sky? I subscribe via BT and can watch TNT on the Discovery+ app on my Sky Stream Puck and Sky Glass and all of my ipads/iphone.

I don't have the Discovery app or account, I just have the TNT Sports channels as part of my Sky subscription, so I should be able to see them in the Sky Go app.
I've seen a while bunch of people in this discussion thread with the same situation and in each case someone from Sky contacts them to sort it out, so I'm hoping that will happen here too.
