Hello.
I have SkyGo extra as part of my sky package, and have been using on an Xbox and iPad. The iPad seems to be working fine but it has stopped working in my Xbox. I get a message saying that I need a Sky MultiRoom or SkyGo extra subscription but I have SkyGo Extra, so why has it stopped working? I have tried all the usual tricks, uninstalled and reinstalled etc. called Sky, no one can help. Any ideas?

Hi all,
thanks for you help. Rang sky and after 52mins and 5 different people (inc Sky Mobile team 2x for reasons unknown) it has been fixed.
It seems Sky randomly removed it from my
account yesterday, but they put it back.
then wanted to charge me £5 a month for the pleasure and eventually agreed I shouldn't be charged and refunded it.

If I were you I'd contact Sky and have your account checked
