This was working fine 3 days ago - no changes to my PC??
Restarted the app and rebooted PC - no Fix
Re-installed SkyGo App on PC - no fix still same issue!
Please help!

Removed SkyGo App from my Windows PC using SkyGo Uninstall Option from "Apps and Features" Menu and re-installed the SkyGo App - version is now 23.5.1.0
Now the app prompts for login/password.
Logged on okay and app downloded Updates and SkyGo now works fine!!!
Weird...!

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I just installed the SkyGo App on my daughters MacBook Air and it works fine??
Very strange - any idea whats going on?
