Re: Sky go error

Hi

I had that error at the weekend, when the power cord to the PC was knocked out while watchimng a recording from the main 2Tb Sky Q box.

After a lot of looking around the intenet, I got it working again.  Sky Go continued to work on another PC so it was just a problem on my PC.

In users / roaming / app data there are 2 folders referring to Sky and SkyGo.   Delete them.

Then uninstall Sky Go programme.

Restart PC.

d/load and reinstall Sky Go prog.

Should work.

Search on 'net for better instructions in case I forfgot something!

@Candi06.

Try connecting an external speaker to your PC or Mac that you are using.

Or try reducing your sound settings from 24 bit 384 Khz to 16 bit 44.1 Khz within Windows sounds settings.
