SkyGo - Error Message 1-26

I went to stream something on my iPad last night and got shown the following message

 

"Sorry something went wrong,

 

You can't watch this right now because you've recently connected to a new sky Q box. To watch it, please reconnect to the sky Q box that this programme was downloaded from. Error Code 1-26"

 

I was not trying to watch a downloaded programme but stream it, I have tried several programmes and canot stream anything, I can watch downloaded content that is on my ipad. I have nto changed my sky Q box in over a year.

 

I tried resetting my Sky Q box and the App is up to date.

I've had the same yesterday after I used the Sky Sports app to watch F1. I fixed by deleting the app and reinstalling.

Yes! I done the same thing for F1. I uninstalled and re installed and it fixed the issue! Thanks

It Seems that watching F1 on the Sky Sports App causes Sky Go to break - as aboev - delete the sky go app and reinstall it and it works as normal again.
