I am a paying Sky customer but can't watch Sky on my phone or my laptop using the app... Why is this?

I am trying to log in on my mobile phone to watch game of thrones... but it says "because of technical issues you can't watch this channel right now." I think tried to log in on my computer, which worked but when I try to play any program it gives me the 1304 error code. How can I fix this? Feels a bit silly that I can't watch sky go on the go...

If you do try signing out of the app and then back into it.
Make sure you are logged in with the correct ID/email
Go to skyid.sky.com/signin/skycomlinked and enter details when it asks for your postcode. Account info will then be activated so try Sky Go again.

I do yes. I have Sky Ultimate TV - Sky Entertainment with Netflix. Recently purchase but it has worked previously (ok) and doesn't anymore. I have tried logging out and back in on 2 different devices but still no luck. In all honesty I'm thinking about going back to my separate Netflix and now tv entertainment accounts as this has been nothing but problems...
