Picture-in-Picture with Sky Sports App

I have both the Sky Go app and the Sky Sports app. Both apps have Picture-in-Picture enabled in the app settings but it only works when using the Sky Go app. Has anyone else had this issue, or know how to resolve it?

I have the same issue, it works with Sky Go but not with the Sky Sports app, I can't see the PIP setting in the sports app ?

I don't see any setting in the Sky Sports app. When I go to my phone settings, then apps, there is an option to allow PIP. I have the setting enabled from there for both apps but it only works with Sky Go.

Watch whatever sport on the sky go app instead and it works
