Has anyone been successful with getting compensation? I responded to my complaint asking about compensation to be informed I will not receive any on this occasion.

The Ofcom compensation scheme only covers complete loss of either broadband service or voice calls. If Sky was to offer anything in the circumstances described in this thread it would be a goodwill gesture.

I click on my sky go on my laptop, it does appear but disappears almost instantly when I try to select a channel, it`s very frustrating.
Anybody else having issues?
I live in Reading.

I`ve resolved this issue, no delete option.
