Sky Go download failed but the title shows in downloads and can’t be deleted
Started a download, get the whirring wheel, then a message saying download failed. However, the title shows in my downloads but can't be played or deleted so I can't even try and re-download.
Done the usual, switch off / switch on and re-start, no luck.
There is an ongoing fault with Sky Go downloads that is being investigated by Sky.
