It says
there was a problem streaming this channel please select another channel. When I do this I get another message saying: sorry there was a problem playing the selected video please try again and underneath saying household is restricted

Sky go technical fault
Technical fault on sky go app, cannot watch any channel, movie or anything on any device.
have deleted app, refreshed Apple TV and iPhone, have tried signing in and out, checked for updates, all updated and ok. Please help why can't we sign in?

I am having the same problem on my mobile it says "because of a technical issue you cannot watch this content" and on my Xbox is says "this content it restricted" was all working fine a few hours before all my tv service working fine just sky go also cannot access mange my devices says an error there to

Try this....
Go to here, and uncheck "Sky GO Apps"
https://skyid.sky.com/authorise/manage
And then re log in.

Sky go won’t work
Sky go was working fine since yesterday night now sky go won't load anything on my Xbox when I try it gives me a message saying "sorry there is a problem playing the selected video, access from this household is restricted" it says that even when I try to load the kid's channels then when I try to load sky go on my mobile I get an error saying " because of a technical issue you cannot watch this content" I have whole home subscription sky ultimaye tv both my pucks are working fine everything is except sky go since yesterday can someone else before I have to call sky?

So it's not just happening to me then it must be a problem sky end I'll be ringing them tomorrow to find out what's going on
