However only far back as 2020 - here are the requirements for using the Sky Go app on Xbox/ Playstation:
So it doesn't seem like a 'fault with app' letting some of us use it without the correct subscription, rather the goalposts have been moved without Sky telling anyone.
Can I get this escalated to speak with a Sky employee? I tried phone yesterday afternoon but couldn't get through

Could it be that Microsoft havd not updated the Xbox app yet?
I have sky Q and VIP status
I've been sharing my sky for years
ladt week my partner couldn't log on 🤦♀️🤷♀️

It is the new Sky Go app for xbox that people are having issues with 🙂 They replaced the TV from Sky app recently

The same problem has happened to me too.
Sky go no longer works on my xbox series x but it does on other devices.
I have tried all recommendations on the trouble shooter.

If you are being asked to upgrade then do you have multiscreen if you are a Sky+ or Sky Q customer or the Whole Home one if you have Sky Glass/Stream ?
