Sky Go and Sky Go Extra are two different things. Im able to use sky go on every device except Xbox... so im not sure what you are refering to.
I personally had Sky Go Extra on my account for years (as a reward), they just decided never told any of us the reward had ended. Especially at contract renewal time

Now you have said that you used to have it we can get you some help as it might have dropped off your account on error so I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I believe we've always had skygo, been with sky for 23+ years plus..
all of a sudden just disappeared and stopped working on the Xbox a few days ago, made sure I was linked with a sky ID for the primary users (parents) so I have sufficient permission but nothing has been added or removed from the account.
