Sky go not working

Why is it not working? I am sick to death of having issues with sky. You iver charge and the service is **bleep**. I pay for everything including no adds. Still get adds, sky go won't work. Box turns off by itself. Forever disconnecting from the Internet. Just **bleep**. Why
