Unfortunately raising this topic yet again as Sky seem to have removed the only page that has been acknowledged as fixing the error..
iPhone 15 Pro
ios 17.5.1
sky go version 24.2.5 (9CA72FD) (no update available in App Store)
96GB free.
sky Go will not download shows to the device. Insists there is insufficient storage space.
I have signed out, deleted the app, restated, reinstalled, accepted the permissions and still the same issue.
On the third delete and reinstall attempt it did actually download two shows before erroring on the third and saying insufficient storage again.
I deleted them and it won't download anything at all again now.
Has anyone got an alternate solution?
Again, sorry for raising again, so many queries on this I can't believe there isn't a published article on this.

This is ridiculous, I've had this issue for years now , have spoken to multiple sky staff, posted this query on the forum before but still not had a solution that works.
This is a VERY basic issue that I can not believe Skybare still struggling to fix.

Same issue. Deleted app and restarted iPad and managed to download two items but error appeared again on third!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreA few months back this is what fixed it for another member so did you select yes when setting it up again:
Try deleting the app then rebooting your device before installing the app again. After logging into it make sure you select yes to any permission questions that appear.
