Sky go link not working

This link doesn't work anymore anyone know any other way ?

 

Phoned sky no clue as per usual

It is fundamentally unfair that Sky customers are being denied effective control over access to a service they pay for. A customer should be able to remove unauthorised users and devices immediately. Where Sky’s own systems prevent that, the failure lies with Sky, not the consumer. This issue needs to be resolved urgently, particularly as it appears to have been ongoing for far too long.

It has been reported but there is no word on when or if this will be fixed.

  • Its shocking ive phoned up a few times where there is a massive language barrier and to give them 72 hours to fix the problem. 

Basically my log in details where given to a friend then found out he was giving it out too so I have randoms on my account so need to log all out.

Agreed, I've had the same issue for over a month, sky support is poor, being transferred to the apps team to the IDM team and back, round and round for over 2 hours. I mentioned the link where to revoke the cached tokens, the last agent blamed it on the "old" sky go app. I've opened up a complaint and that's not going any better, they should definitely give us control back as these support agents are definitely not up to it

Its ridiculous i sent a complaint few weeks back havent even had a reply.

Ill give it a few days then brace myself for a 2 hour phine call 😆
