Sky go extra not working
I have been a customer for 6 years and have sky go extra but I can't watch my recordings on the app. When I go to the section on my Q box it says I don't have the subscription, but I do. Can you help please?

You need the Multiscreen sub to be able to watch recordings from the Q box back on the Sky Go app @Crazytiger66 so do you have this on your account ?

@caesarome I just have sky go extra on my bill, not multiroom. Do I need this too? I thought I could watch on the sky go app on my phone. Thank you for helping me.

Sky Go Extra doesn't cover what you are trying to do as only multiscreen does so if you want this added you would need to call Sky. The cost is usually about £15 per month.
This will then allow you to watch recordings* from your Sky Q box back on the Sky Go app.
* = not alll recordings as you can't watch those from the BBC.
