Sky Go has not worked for over a year now. Previously I had the issue where the app contantly looks for an update and never moves on. Now i get as far as the verification page, where I am asked to enter a code, I press submit... nothing happens - the screen just stays there with a greyed out submit button.
One of the things I pay Sky for is the ability to run my Sky TV channels on my laptop so that I can project on to a screen for the kids to watch cinema or sport, or for me to watch when i am away from home. For a year you have not provided that service. Please can you provide a fix for this issue with the app today (not an aknowlegment that it is a "known issue" and being worked on - if it were an issue with billing systems that stopped you taking my monthly payment it would be fixed in a day or two).
Once this is fixed we can start discussing why one of the two Sky Q boxed I have has to be reset every other day to watch on tv....
